Diagnose the gap, sharpen your focus, and get your Growth OS Diagnostic completed with Andrew's personal feedback. You arrive at Month 2 with clarity and a plan.

Month 2 Build Your Growth OS

North Star metric, growth model, KPIs and scorecards, operating rhythms, reporting cadence. The month most members say changed everything.

Month 3 Experimentation Systems

How to design, prioritize, and run experiments that generate real learning. Test velocity, experiment scoring frameworks, learning loops, and building a culture of rapid iteration.

Month 4 Cross-Functional Rules of Engagement

How growth works with product, sales, marketing, and data. What you own vs. influence. Eliminating turf wars and creating shared accountability.

Month 5 Team Structure & Hiring

Building and structuring the growth team. Transitioning from best doer to best enabler. Hiring, managing, and developing growth talent.

Month 6 Lead the growth capability at the Next Level

Managing up, advocating for resources, sharing cadence, enabling other teams, executive presence, and VP-readiness. What the job actually becomes as you grow.
