I’ve been where you are.
I’ve built and scaled growth teams from scratch, run hundreds of experiments across across the growth model - and made every mistake in the book. I know what "good" looks like, and I know how overwhelming it can feel without mentorship from someone who's done your job.

My coaching is designed to help the head of growth at a A/B stage startup. They are typically leading small/medium sized teams - or about to scale their team and looking for a support system to lean on for help and guidance. Usually their title is Head of Growth, Director of Growth, and sometimes Growth Marketer or Growth Product Manager.

A typical session is focused on tackling problems specific to growth teams - and covers a mix of tactical, strategic, and leadership skills depending on the situation. My personal style as a coach is to ask questions to help you organize your thinking, act as a thought partner for you to validate ideas & approaches, and (when appropriate) make specific recommendations/point out land-mines based on my experience.

Every client finds their own balance. But it’s usually somewhere around 50% solving growth problems and 50% leadership/career guidance. The two are so closely connected and you need both to be successful!

Most of my clients will work with me for 5-7 months on average - meeting 2x a month. Some continue working with me ongoing after that. But there’s no pressure or expectation.

Totally up to you! Most of my clients have taken Reforge (probably 8 out of 10) and I was a guest lecturer in Growth Series multiple times in 2024 - so I’m very familiar with their curriculum. Many of my clients say that coaching is a great compliment to help brainstorm and problem-solve as they apply the advanced growth curriculum.
