Coaching for solopreneurs & one-person business owners

You don’t have to do it alone. Work with a business coach (and fellow solopreneur) to get perspective, stay focused on the right things, level-up, and scale faster.

I had a good business already, but was looking to solidify my positioning to generate more perfect-fit leads. Andrew helped me develop processes for creating a more sustainable business, identified low-lift, high-reward tactics, and helped me with my entrepreneur mindset. I became more confident in my offer, better at sales, and less afraid to charge my worth. These things led to a 5x increase in my monthly revenue.

The idea of being a solopreneur is amazing

The opportunity to make more money working for yourself, while having more control over your time and your energy is enticing.

But making it a reality is another thing. Many struggle with:

  • Wearing every hat in the business

  • Staying on top of all the moving pieces

  • Getting better at marketing and selling yourself

  • Growing the business, while also working in the business

  • Finding time to complete the never-ending administrative tasks

  • Not associating too much of your personal self-worth with your business

Without the right systems (and boundaries), it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. You to-do list grows, and you struggle to determine where to focus. If you’re not careful, you might end up creating a job that you hate. But it doesn’t have to be this way.

After scaling my business to multiple six figures - I realized I wanted to help others do the same. I started coaching other solopreneurs

 Hey, I’m Andrew 👋

I run a one-person business called Delivering Value, where I offer coaching services for people who lead growth teams, advising services for product-led SaaS companies, and I monetize my content with sponsorships.

Now, I want to help you do the same. I offer business coaching and mentorship to deconstruct what I’ve done and help you apply similar tactics to grow your business.

What is coaching like?

Before we meet, I send along an intake form that asks more questions about you, your business, and how I can support you as a coach.

We’ll use that intake form to identify a mix of tactical, strategic, and business skills to work on together.

Then, our coaching sessions can can include:

  • Adjusting your sales process to close more leads into paying customers.

  • Stress testing ideas and processes with another solopreneur who's been there.

  • Guidance and mentorship to help you level-up.

  • Revising your existing offers to maximize your time and energy.

  • Analyzing your data to understand where you’ll gain the most leverage.

  • Improving how (and where) you market your business.

  • Identifying and improving your soft-skills to thrive as a business owner.

  • Improving your operating system to unlock more time and efficiency.

Solopreneur business coaching and mentorship packages

 FAQs

  • My coaching is designed to support solopreneurs and folks running one-person businesses. Most of my clients sell products and/or services to the tech community (ie consultants, advisors, freelancers, coaches, teachers, etc).

  • People who work with coaches usually find it helpful to get a 3rd party perspective on the challenges their going through, and enjoy having someone else “sitting beside them” to help them problem solve. A great coach can help you level-up and get to your destination much quicker.

  • I’ve spent the last two years building my own business. There are many people (and blog articles) sharing generic tips and best practices. But there’s nothing like working directly with someone who’s already encountered your challenges.

  • Every client finds their own balance. But it’s usually somewhere around 70% solving business and operational problems and 30% mindset work. The two are so closely connected and you need both to be successful!

  • Most of my clients will work with me for 4 months on average - meeting 2x a month. Some continue working with me ongoing after that. But there’s no pressure or expectation.

  • Let’s talk! I love connecting with other solopreneurs. So if you’re on the fence, please get in touch. We can discuss what’s going on and see if our styles match.
