Background:
Yasmine Helmy is an impressive Growth Marketer with a lot of experience across the entire funnel. She had just started a new role as Senior Growth Manager at Doppler when we started working together. I coached Yasmine for six months starting in March of 2022. Here’s a bit more about her experience working together.
What challenges were you facing when we first met?
I was looking for a sounding board to help me navigate some of the new challenges in my role. Specifically around communicating my strategy and getting alignment from all my stakeholders. But I was also looking for some general career guidance and help identifying new skills to work on.

What did you work on with Andrew?
We started by validating my growth strategy. Andrew helped me figuring out ways to best present it to my different stakeholders. And we also spent time identifying my strongest skills and ways I could highlight those in my day-to-day and important presentations. And some general career coaching with some stuff that came up along the way.
Any major results from us working together?
Yes! A few things come to mind.

Identify my core competencies - and found ways for me to highlight those in my day-to-day.
Navigated some challenging situations that came up along the way.
But the biggest changes have been around my confidence and my clarity. I have way more of both! I am much more confident in my strategy and approach. And I have much more clarity around what success looks like in my role.
Any message to someone on the fence about working with Andrew?
His level of empathy, as well as the immense depth and breadth across growth, marketing, and leadership was a key part of my success. Andrew has been instrumental in my career and role and I'd recommend him with flying colors.
