After being asked this questions 50 times since Matt was on Lenny's Pod in November, I can finally say yes.

Like many of you, I was super inspired by the Mochary Method Curriculum. I realized that I used a similar program with my coaching clients too.

Mine wasn't documented, it was mostly in my head. But I had shared many bits and pieces on Linkedin and other places.

So, I compiled everything into a doc, and I'm excited to share it with you.
