I’m a former 2x head of growth. I love leading growth teams. But my real passion is helping people around me get better. I get incredible fulfillment teaching systems and frameworks to help others succeed in growth.
So in June 2021, I left my full-time job as head of growth to build my own solopreneur business - Delivering Value.
Since, then I’ve coached/mentored over 30 different people leading SaaS growth teams. The number 1 request? A group setting where they can learn from each other - not just me.
I’m so excited to launch this program and help more people increase their impact!

This program is designed for people leading cross-functional SaaS growth teams - or looking to grow into growth leadership roles soon. These are typically experienced growth folks who are starting new roles or going through some type of transition.
For some, this is their first time in a leadership position. Others have led growth teams at previous companies and are building something new from the ground up. Either way, at this level your soft skills become as important to your success as the pure tactical growth skills. This program is designed to help you grow those skills, and your confidence.
The perfect fit leads the growth capability at an early stage SaaS company. Typically late Series A / early Series B.
The group will ideally have a mix of experience levels so you can learn from people at your level - and from folks a few steps before/behind you!
Someone who is a GREAT fit is:
- A head of growth that is serious about increasing their impact and growing their careers.
- Aware that to be successful as head of growth - they need to go beyond the tools and tactics and focus on developing their leadership and communication skills.
- Looking for expert guidance, peer support, and accountability to help them level-up.
- Serious about showing-up. Both physically and emotionally.

To be successful, you should expect to spend around 3 hours per month. That includes 2 group calls, 1 private coaching session with Andrew, and engaging with other members of the group.

But chances are, you've probably tried organizing something like this on your own before. Between the countless emails you spent convincing high-caliber folks to participate, or the hours of calendar wrangling you found that it wasn't so easy to organize on your own.
This group was designed to take care of all the details. So you can focus on learnings and leveling-up.

I’ll do my best to accommodate various time zones, and give plenty of notice before group calls - but I can't promise it’ll be perfect for everyone.
Most group call will take place between 11am - 2pm est.
If you can't attend a live session, I’ll record each of them and distribute afterwards - so you can still soak-up the learnings.

I’ll have two major roles with the group.
I’ll act as the main facilitator on the group calls. There may be times when I share my context & perspective with the group. But the magic will be facilitating conversations & different perspectives between members. That will be my main focus on the group calls.
Every member will get private coaching sessions with me where I can help you work through custom situations, offer guidance, and share perspective to help you level-up.

This group will be evergreen. Meaning you can join the group anytime. Each member will be part of the group for 6 months, with a maximum of 10 total participants.

I want your investment to be 100% risk free.
If you engage with the group, attend the live sessions, and still aren't satisfied, I will refund your purchase and give your spot to someone else.
However, part of what makes small group programs work is the financial accountability. If you don't engage with the group and fail to take action after signing up - you won't qualify for a refund.
