TrellaHealth streamlined their customer journey and increased prospect engagement

Background:

Trella Health provides healthcare data and analytics for healthcare companies. I worked closely with their team as an advisor with Katherine Karalis, their Senior Product Marketing Manager, serving as my main point of contact.

What challenges were you facing when we met?

We were looking to scale faster, and needed some quick wins and overall strategy to support us in achieving our annual and quarterly goals. We wanted to have higher win rates in the early stages of the sales cycle, by having more knowledgeable prospects, and having them understand our products and solutions, and the value we bring to them.

We wanted to build out our customer journey, understand where our gaps were, and the quickest way to fill those gaps.

Did you evaluate other alternatives?

6Sense. We weren't exactly sure where to start - so we didn't know exactly how you could help us. We decided to move forward because in our first discovery call, you were asking all the right questions and even gave us some quick wins to execute on. We knew you were the right fit!

What did we work on together?

Reviewed our customer journey, found quick wins on our website to increase conversion rates, re-vamped the demo request form, campaign ideas for our newer SMB product, onboarding journey, help center layout/ ideas to consider when choosing a new theme, helping us choose the best KPIs to measure for our initiatives.

What was the experience like?

After each session we had a plan of action to execute on, you helped us to eliminate sticking points, and provided us with actionable feedback for us to consider and move forward quickly on.

My favorite part of working together is how easy it was to work with you and your willingness to dig into any topic that we had for the week. You always gave us expert actionable feedback, and that was very helpful to keep us moving forward.

Any major results?

Solidifying our customer journey map, filling in the gaps, and adding in collateral at each stage. Improving our demo request form for both prospects and internal employees, helped in creating more educated prospects throughout the buyer journey which will ultimately help us scale. Improved confidence and understanding which questions to ask, where to spend your time on the highest value results..

Any message to someone on the fence about working with Andrew?

Work with Andrew! He is very easy to work with and is a growth expert. You can come to him with any idea and he will provide thoughtful and honest feedback. We worked with him on numerous somewhat unrelated projects and he always gave us new ideas, and highlighted areas that we hadn't even thought about, but should have been thinking about. We would definitely work with Andrew again on future growth initiatives.
